Minor Requirements
- Seven (7) Philosophy courses, five of which must be upper-division
- All courses must be taken for LETTER grade (C- or higher)
- More than half of the course work must be taken at UCSD
- Transfer courses applied toward the minor must be petitioned using a general undergraduate student petition* prior to declaring the Philosophy Minor
- Please use one petition per transfer course
* supporting documentation including (1) a syllabus, (2) course description and (3) list of texts used in the course must accompany undergraduate students petitions. Please note: in addition to the above, work from the course may also be requested to clarify content
