Review for the Exam
 

• I have now scheduled two review sessions for the exam.  The first will be Wednesday, December 10 from 8:30-9:50am in CBS 001 (our normal lecture room).  The second will be Thursday, December 11 from 9-10:30am in the Philosophy Department Seminar room (H&SS 7077).  I hope that those who can will attend the first review session.  The second session is in a room with much smaller capacity and is intended primarily for those who are unable to make the first session.
• In addition to my usual office hours (TTH 11-12), I will also hold office hours Wednesday from 12-1pm and Thursday from 12-1pm.  Anyone who needs to see me but cannot make these office hours is welcome to contact me to try to meet at an alternate time.
• If you come to the review sessions, please come prepared -- having thought about the topics that interest you and with a specific question in mind.  I will not be in the business of responding to open-ended questions (e.g. "What would be a good answer to question #5?") by supplying the essentials of a good answer.  I will respond to more focused questions and enlist the aid of other students in suggesting answers.
