The Department of Philosophy at the University of California,
San Diego invites applications
for one or more tenure-track/tenured positions, Assistant to
beginning Full Professor, beginning July 1, 2008. AOS Moral,
Political or Legal Philosophy and AOC open. Excellence in research
and undergraduate and graduate teaching required. A Ph.D. is
preferred, but A.B.D.’s will be considered provided that the
candidate can show substantial progress toward completion of the
dissertation. Salary commensurate with experience and publication
record and based on UC pay scales. July 1 – June 30 calendar.
